Sharp Women's Health Conference

Sharp HealthCare has been presenting their annual health conference to the women of San Diego for more than 20 years. The conference is open for all women that are at least 16 years old.  It is a full day of education and activities that are designed to empower women to live healthier and more balanced lives.  This will be my second time attending the conference and highly recommend going! At the 2012 Conference, I enjoyed the health screenings, pampering booths, and lineup of keynote speakers. I loved the variety of breakout sessions on health, fitness and lifestyle.  The conference is so much fun.
