Sharp Women's Health Conference

Sharp HealthCare has been presenting their annual health conference to the women of San Diego for more than 20 years. The conference is open for all women that are at least 16 years old.  It is a full day of education and activities that are designed to empower women to live healthier and more balanced lives.  This will be my second time attending the conference and highly recommend going! At the 2012 Conference, I enjoyed the health screenings, pampering booths, and lineup of keynote speakers. I loved the variety of breakout sessions on health, fitness and lifestyle.  The conference is so much fun. Invite your mom, sisters, and friends - it's a great girls day out!  Secure your spot for the November 9th event by registering now.

Note: The event is open to the public (you don’t have to be a Sharp patient or member to attend).  Details on how to WIN a FREE pair of tickets to the event are listed at the end of the post. Good Luck! I'd love to see you there!

  1. Sounds like there's something for everyone. I hope you have a great time. I went to a Women's Conference with my mom years ago and learned a lot. Maybe it's time to hit one with my daughters.

Happy Sharefest. I hope you have a lovely weekend.

    1. Hi missrobin. You're absolutely right! There truly is something for everyone. Thank you. I want to bring my mom and sister. I am trying to get them to clear their calendar for the event. If I had a daughter, I would totally bring her! Enjoy your weekend as well - thank you for visiting.

  8. Sounds AMAzing. The two meals alone would normally cost $45. Too bad I am already booked that weekend or I would drive the 90 miles to San Diego and go.
