My motivation happens w...That's excellent girl. My motivation happens with changing it up. If I try to do the same thing for too long, I get bored and then get slack. So I have to keep it interesting. Music is my main exercise motivator. I can't do a thing without it. I really need some new workout tunes. As for eating, out of site out of mind. It worked wonders to help me understand my nutritional habits better and stay accountable with eating and exercise.
